Health Tech  ·  EdTech  ·  Patient Advocacy  ·  Health Literacy

Your health tech product wasn’t built for the patient in front of me. I fix that.

Theorem³ Advisors is a boutique health tech and EdTech strategy firm. We advise companies on what patients, learners, and older adults actually need — and how to build products, content, and strategies that serve them.

Where Advocacy Meets Innovation

What We Do

Your Partners Who Connect

Theorem³ Advisors advises health tech, AI, and EdTech companies on the strategies, content, and go-to-market approaches that actually connect with the people these products are built for — patients, learners, caregivers, and older adults.

We bring something most advisory firms can’t: the credibility of 30 years in media and publishing, the authority of a licensed patient advocate, and the lived experience of the demographic most health tech and EdTech companies are trying — and failing — to reach.

Focus Areas

HealthTech & AI

Patient education, eldercare AI, health literacy, digital health strategy, and go-to-market for companies building tools for patients and older adults.

Strategic Partnerships

Identifying, structuring, and activating partnerships across health systems, payers, EdTech platforms, nonprofits, and media. Thirty years of relationships at the executive level — across every sector we serve.

EdTech

K–12, adult literacy, and corporate workforce learning. Curriculum strategy and culturally competent content for multilingual and underserved communities.

Patient Advocacy

Licensed patient advocacy, health literacy strategy, plain language content, and ethics advisory for companies whose products touch patients, caregivers, or families.

Why Theorem³.

A different kind of advisor.

Most health tech and EdTech advisors understand the technology or the business. Very few understand the patient, the learner, and the older adult who will actually use it — and can walk into a boardroom and make that case at the executive level.

Theorem³ Advisors is led by Sumya Ojakli: a licensed patient advocate, 30-year publishing and media executive, EdTech strategist, and founding member of Somos Uno, a dual-language educational media company for Latino communities. She has spent three decades structuring strategic partnerships and business development deals at the executive level — across media, publishing, health, and education. She is an authority, tech-savvy, and the demographic many of her clients are trying to reach.

We work as fractional executives, strategic advisors, and board members — and can identify and activate the right partnerships to accelerate your growth — for companies serious about getting this right.
